The Alumni Association's purpose is to Maintain a foundation for the future of 500 Sunset through active alumni involvement in Advisory roles, mentoring, scholarships, and internship and employment opportunities. While setting aside time to rekindle old relationships and memories.

The Holding Company is a 501(c)2 formed under the laws of the State of Kansas and exists solely to hold title to the property used as the chapter house for the Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Beta Theta Pi.
Membership is limited to only those members in good standing of Gamma Epsilon chapter.
Meetings are held twice each year during the Fall and Spring semester.
There is an Executive Board made up of a President, Treasurer, and Secretary.

The Holding Company assists the Alumni Association with its goals to engage Gamma Epsilon alumni to be involved in advisor positions and recruitment and retainment initiatives for the betterment of the Gamma Epsilon chapter of Beta Theta Pi.
